Please be noted:

- A deposit via bank wire for domestic guests within 48 hours is required to secure guests' reservations, as well as a deposit via Paypal for international guests. An additional transaction fee may be apply for guests who pay the deposit via Paypal. The property will contact guests with instructions after booking.

- Guests who book within 2 days before the arrival date must give the deposit within 24 hours after booking.

- The property does not provide towels or toiletries.

- Please note that rate for extra bed will differ according to the room size and different amenities will be provided accordingly. Please contact Kenting Surf Shop for more details.

- Lift is not available on site. For those who wishes to stay on lower floors, please kindly send requests to the property using request box while booking or contact the property directly.

- The property does not have parking spaces but there are charged ones nearby which requires TWD 100 to TWD 200. Please contact the property for detailed information.

- Please note that guests who cancel 14 days prior to arrival may need to pay transfer fee when getting their deposit back. In the case of force majeure, guests need to pay transfer fee when getting deposit back as well. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 墾丁路66號, 946 屏東縣恆春鎮墾丁里. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Kenting Surf Shop in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
